Prices

All prices listed on jorgobe.com are based on the currency of the country from which you are shopping and include VAT. Additional postage and handling costs will be displayed before confirming your purchase. VAT is not applicable to these fees.

The payment transaction will be completed and funds deducted from your card upon dispatch of the order from our warehouse.

Delivery

Jorgobe.com delivers to all European Union countries. Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days after payment processing. Orders are dispatched within 12 hours on weekdays. We use Bring, PostNord, UPS, DHL and GLS as carriers, subject to their respective delivery terms.

Returns

You have a 30-day right to withdraw from your purchase. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after receiving your item(s). You are responsible for return shipping costs. To exercise your right to withdraw, inform Jorgobé via email.

Please note that certain items, such as opened or partially used cosmetics, cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Damaged Goods

You are liable for any diminished value of goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. Refunds will be issued promptly upon receipt of returned goods meeting the necessary conditions.

International Shipping

Customers may incur customs duties and taxes on purchased items. These fees are not determined by Jorgobé and are the responsibility of the customer. All orders are shipped from Denmark, and shipping costs to certain countries may apply.

Right to Complain

You have a 24-month right to complain under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Complaints must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe. We will refund postage for incorrect or damaged items.
